Frequently Asked Questions

Booking. All appointments are booked online and a card on file is required to hold your spot. Cancel or reschedule 48 hours ahead and there's no charge. Under 48 hours or a no-show is charged 50% of the service.

Running late. Fifteen minutes late and we may have to reschedule you, since it pushes everyone behind for the rest of the day.

Lash appointments. Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Fills are for sets that are at least 40% full, otherwise it's a full set.

Laser. A free patch test is required before your first session. Shave 24 hours before, and no waxing, plucking, sun or self-tanner for the weeks leading up.

Training. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once with 48 hours notice. The balance is due the day of class.

Shipping. Supplies ship Canada-wide with free shipping on orders over $300.
