HOW BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT WORKS: FIRST REQUEST YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL THEN BE CONTACTED BY A NAOMIEKAYBEAUTY MEMBER TO GET YOUR DESIRED COLOUR, LENGTH AND PATTERN/CURL. WE WILL THEN CHECK OUR HAIR STOCK, IF YOUR DESIRED HAIR IS IN STOCK YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN BE BOOK ASAP. ANY HAIR WE DON'T HAVE IN STOCK TAKES ON AVERAGE A WEEK TO ARRIVE. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE BOOKED ACCORDINGLY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM ALL APPOINTMENTS 

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to Your appointment. Cancellations should be done 24 hours prior to appointment or deposit will be non-refundable and will be charged a rebooking fee.
