Booking Process
All appointments are request-only. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is fully booked and accepted.
Appointments must be booked online through our official platforms:

The work number (905-424-8418) is for squeeze-ins only and not for regular bookings.
WE DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS VIA INSTAGRAM DM.
Do not message personal Instagram accounts or personal phone numbers for bookings or changes.
Please sign the consent form sent to you before your appointment to save time at check-in.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours or experience a booking glitch, please email or text us immediately.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit and be charged a cancellation fee.
After 2 no-shows, you must pay for your service in full upfront along with any outstanding no-show fees before being rebooked.
Rebooking
All rebooking must be done through the website or our work number (for squeeze-ins only).
If you are offered a waitlist spot and do not confirm, the spot will be released and must be rebooked through the correct channel.
Late Arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show.
Please notify us if you are running late. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee service after the grace period.immediately.
Payments
Balance is due at the time of service.
We do not accept e-transfers.
Cash and all major cards are accepted.
Lash Prep & Cleanliness
Clients must arrive with clean lashes—no makeup, oils, or residue.
If extra cleaning is required, a lash bath fee will be added to your total.
Lash Refills
You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining to qualify for a refill.
Anything less will be charged as a full set.
Mini fills must be booked within 7 days of your last appointment or they will be charged as a standard refill or full set.
Guests
Guests are welcome, but please be mindful and respectful of the space.
