Deposit Requirement: All new clients must send a $30.00 deposit to confirm their appointment for Eyelash Extensions. Deposits must be sent within 30 minutes of your appointment request. https://www.naomiekaybeauty.ca//_paylink/AYxfpZJc

 

- All appointments are requests and aren’t confirmed until approved by one of our staff. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after your appointment request, please text us at 905-424-8418 with your full name, appointment type, and date.

 

- If you are looking for a squeeze-in appointment and have checked our website already, please text us at 905-424-8418. Squeeze-ins may be subjected to a fee.

 

Late & No-Show Policy:

  - Being 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment without notification and may incur a no-show fee. If our techs choose to still accommodate you, the fee will be added to your total at the end of your service.

  - No-shows will result in a $50.00 fee & a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 to rebook. (https://www.naomiekaybeauty.ca//_paylink/AYxf5LKM)

  - All appointments not cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before will be considered a no-show. A fee and deposit to rebook are required.

  - If you no-show twice, you are required to pay for the full service missed. This payment does not apply to your next service; instead, it covers the appointments that have been missed.

 

-Third-Time No-Show Policy: If you no-show three times, you are required to prepay for all your services in advance.

 

- If you make a second appointment because you would like to change the date or time, please be sure to cancel your previous one. Your second appointment may not be approved if we see multiple appointments within the same time frame (few days). (Sign up to be a member to manage your appointments on our website).

LASH APPOINTMENT POLICIES

- You must arrive with no makeup.

- Please remove all contact lenses prior to your appointment.

- Foreign fills: A fee of $20.00 will be applied (at tech's discretion).

- Please come with thoroughly cleaned lashes.

- Not following these policies will result in a $20.00 fee.

 

PRODUCT POLICIES

- All sales are final, except for defective items.

- Defective items must be reported within 30 days for replacement or refund.

- Contact us via email or DM with your name, order number, and photos of the defective product.

- Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon confirmation by our team.
